- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
- What counts as a query?
- One natural-language question that runs through the pipeline and returns a result counts as one query. Re-rendering a cached answer, editing the metadata layer, or browsing past results does not. Failed pipeline runs that never reach the executor are not counted.
- Do you support manual invoicing?
- Yes, on Enterprise. An admin marks the org as manually invoiced and sets seats and limits by hand — no Stripe card required. Self-serve Starter and Team plans are Stripe-only today.
- Is there a free trial?
- AnalystIQ is in private beta. Starter is free forever for a single analyst, and new Team signups get a 14-day trial with no card required. Reach out if you need a longer evaluation window for a larger team.
- What integrations are included?
- Every plan can connect to every integration type we support — SQL databases and warehouses (Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery), REST/OAuth sources (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more), and MCP servers. Plans differ on how many connections you can have active at once, not on which providers you can use.
